Q) Do you sell anything else but vests?
A) Of course! Check out our extensive selection of jackets, chaps, luggage, phone mounts, cup holders, helmets and more!
Q) How can I figure out what size I require?
A) Whenever possible, we give size charts for each item. These charts are fairly accurate, but they should only be used as a reference; because everyone's build is different, don't assume the size charts will work for everyone.
Q) What happens if a product doesn't fit properly?
A) Our return policy is one of the best and most straightforward in the industry; please visit our Return and Exchange section for more information. If it doesn't, please give us a call or send us an email, and we'll try our best to assist you.
Q) Do you offer worldwide shipping?
A) Of course. Please check our Shipping Policy page for more information; any other shipping-related questions should be referred to our Customer Service.
Q) Do you offer bulk discounts if I place a large order?
A) We try to keep our prices as low as possible. Although we work with a lot of groups and it never hurts to ask, if you have any questions about large orders, please email us and we'll see what we can do.
Q) Do you offer custom sizing or color options?
A) If you have any questions about personalizing, please send us an email. Keep in mind that customizing single items increases the cost and length of time it takes to get your order, but we try our best to assist our customers and work directly with manufacturers to the best of our abilities.
